By using AstroWhisper you accept these terms.

1. The service

AstroWhisper provides personalized astrological content (natal chart, interpretations, chat with the AI “Luna”, and compatibility) for entertainment and self-reflection. The content does not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, or financial) and must not be used as such.

2. AI-generated content

Chat replies and interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You can report any inappropriate content from within the app (flag icon on each of Luna’s messages).

3. Subscriptions

  • AstroWhisper offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and annual), with a free trial where applicable. The price and period are shown in the app before purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account (depending on your platform) upon confirmation of purchase.

  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app unlawfully or to attempt to abuse, breach, or overload the service.

5. Intellectual property

The software, brand, and app content belong to Sobeklab SL. Content generated for you is for your personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the astrological content, which is for entertainment.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account and your data at any time from Profile → Account & privacy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Without prejudice to the consumer-protection rights granted to the user, the parties submit to the courts determined under such regulations.

Al usar AstroWhisper aceptas estos términos.

1. El servicio

AstroWhisper ofrece contenido astrológico personalizado (carta natal, interpretaciones, chat con la IA “Luna” y compatibilidad) con fines de entretenimiento y autoconocimiento. El contenido no constituye asesoramiento profesional médico, psicológico, legal ni financiero, y no debe usarse como tal.

2. Contenido generado por IA

Las respuestas del chat y las interpretaciones se generan con inteligencia artificial y pueden contener errores o imprecisiones. Puedes reportar cualquier contenido inapropiado desde la propia app (icono de bandera en cada mensaje de Luna).

3. Suscripciones

  • AstroWhisper ofrece suscripciones auto-renovables (semanal, mensual y anual), con un periodo de prueba gratuito cuando aplique. El precio y el periodo se muestran en la app antes de la compra.

  • El pago se carga a tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play (según tu plataforma) al confirmar la compra.

  • La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que canceles al menos 24 horas antes del fin del periodo. Puedes gestionar y cancelar tu suscripción en los ajustes de tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play.

  • El periodo de prueba no usado se pierde al comprar una suscripción.

4. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar la app de forma ilícita ni a intentar abusar, vulnerar o sobrecargar el servicio.

5. Propiedad intelectual

El software, la marca y el contenido de la app pertenecen a Sobeklab SL. El contenido generado para ti es para tu uso personal.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

El servicio se presta “tal cual”. En la medida permitida por la ley, no nos hacemos responsables de decisiones tomadas a partir del contenido astrológico, que es de entretenimiento.

7. Borrado de cuenta

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y tus datos en cualquier momento desde Perfil → Cuenta y privacidad.

8. Legislación aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Sin perjuicio de los derechos que la normativa de consumo reconoce al usuario, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales que correspondan conforme a dicha normativa.
